Who we email
We send a small number of emails to businesses that may need BidBell: companies in cleaning and facility services whose business email address is published on their own website or in public US government contract records. We never buy lists of personal email addresses.
What every email contains
- Our real name and business name, and an honest subject line.
- Our mailing address: 628 W Broadway St, Ste 203, North Little Rock, AR 72114, United States.
- A clear way to stop: reply “no” and we will not email you again.
We send at most one first email and two short follow-ups, and we stop as soon as you reply.
Opting out
Reply “no” or “unsubscribe”, or email hello@getbidbell.com. We act on it straight away and always within 10 business days, as the US CAN-SPAM Act requires. Your address goes on our do-not-contact list so it is never emailed again.
No tracking
Our emails contain no tracking pixels or hidden images.
Subscriber alerts
Alert emails go only to people who asked for them. To change or stop them, reply to any alert.
